I have been a Licensed Acupuncturist for over 15 years, as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 23 years.

Although I specialize in acute and chronic pain, I can also address a whole host of conditions such as headaches, allergies and anxiety. Using acupuncture, massage, nutrition and exercise helps heal the body. My patients are treated with utmost attention, respect and care. Acupuncture

Acupuncture has been around for thousands of years. It focuses on balancing Qi (energy) in the body. We will customize an acupuncture treatment to promote wellness and healing for overall balance in the body. The benefits include more energy, faster healing, reduced pain and inflammation, and better sleep.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping is an ancient form of Chinese medicine. It uses glass or plastic cups to create a vacuum on the skin. It increases blood flow to the affected area to reduce pain and increase range of motion.
We use two types of cupping; stationary cupping where the cups stay in one place for the duration of the session and slide cupping where the cups are slid across the muscle.

First Visit

Acupuncture is mostly pain free, but for a patient who is new to acupuncture, I will explain everything before we start the treatment all for the patient’s comfort. It works by inserting very thin needles into the acupuncture points on the body.
